Unless your running a rtx titan or quadro you lot'll be fine. If you are going to run anything lower than a 2080 get a 3600.

Correction, he volition get a slightly lower frame rate (this is why people come across improvements in FPS when they upgrade CPU) but information technology won't be a major bottleneck that completely limits his frame rate.

Spot on with point 1. I tin can attest to the second point for a while. Only I haven't had a single issue on my 5700XT since January. I've as well recommended information technology to 3 of my friends and non of them have had any issues. Seems equally though they've gotten it pretty well nether command. Just figured I'd throw in my $0.02

best pair with a 2070 super if you desire the best for your cadet
5700 XT gets actually close, better in some situations, for a much lower price than the 2070S. Driver bug are all simply completely stock-still. GPU encode for streaming would still be better on Nvidia due to NVENC only for bang-for-the-buck gaming operation, 5700XT > 2070S.

It is fine to be GPU bottlenecked but it is not proficient to be CPU bottlenecked! Something will e'er clogging otherwise you would have infinite fps.
